I have to say I was sceptical when I discovered Ovivo mobile.  My previous £26 per month contract was due to expire and I didn’t make use of the 600 minutes, 500 texts or unlimited data.  I wanted a lower monthly cost but was reluctant to leave my current supplier.  I firstly sent for a SIM card and ran two SIM’s for a months to compare performance etc.  There was no difference to quality of service so I decided to take the plunge.  The problems I encountered were not caused by Ovivo, but my previous network provider.  They stung me with charges to my account etc which I did eventually have reimbursed.  Ovivo on the other hand were true to their word and even moving my number was trouble free.  I have had very good service and have never met the limits on texts and calls. I couldn’t be more satisfied, so much that I have now convinced other family members to move as well.  Thank you for such a good service Ovivo!

I recently moved onto Ovivo from O2 – so far the customer service has been fantastic. My number was ported inside 36 hours and I’ve had zero downtime with my phone.

Service on the Vodafone network in London is excellent and I’ve been really impressed by the professionalism.

Looking forward to a future with Ovivo – truly well done on welcoming me so.

I have always been a little sceptical about reading reviews, never sure if they have been fabricated. However, having read the reviews for ovivo mobile I decided to “take a punt” for a tenner and purchase a SIM card. This duly arrived the next day with all I needed to know regarding set up details, so easy to do.

I want to say how impressed I am with Ovivomobile.  I have been a mobile customer for 2 months, and recently bought an additional mobile broadband sim.

The service has been faultless since day one, and has already saved me £40. In fact Ovivomobile will save me over £300 a year!

‘Just a little line to say how impressed I was with your customer service dept yesterday afternoon (Monday 3rd Sept ’12)..my reason for calling was I wanted to transfer my Ovivo sim from my data hungry android based Galaxy Note to a Nokia E62 and had tried manually updating my settings to no avail..I rang 263 at 1519hrs to explain the situation..your agent took my call was courteous , attentive & professional  taking the relevant details and escalated the matter.

‘For what it’s worth, my Ovivo data SIM is perfect for my usage – I’m an occasional user and I really resent having to pay for bandwidth that expires before I’ve used it. The Ovivo connection is ready to go when I need it, without having to shell out yet another tenner for bandwidth I’ll never use up.

I don’t find the adverts too intrusive – they are a good reminder of the deal I’m getting!’

‘Read about Ovivo through HUKD and like others questioned it first, I went on their Facebook account and asked some questions and got an answer within 30 minutes which was very good and put my worries to rest.

I was originally with Three and had a very bad customer service experience with them but Ovivo should rent out their CS trainer as the help I received from Ovivo was second to none!! Excellent.

I used to pay £15.00 a month for 300mins/texts & 750mb, I barely used my allowance at all, now I pay £0.00 a month and a smile on my face :o )

I’ll be honest and say when I first heard of Ovivo it sounded too good to be true. So I didn’t join or order a SIM Card for quite some time.

Then one day I decided to simply take a chance and I’m glad I did.

Unlike my previous Mobile Phone Company (TalkMobile) I can actually check my balance online. And everything has simply just worked.

Having the Free Monthly allowance of all the three main things Calls, SMS & Data meant I’ve finally got a SIM Card that does everything.

Until now I’d been carrying multiple phones with me. One had a good PAYG data plan, one was better for calls, etc Now everything comes together in a single SIM Card and thus a single phone :-) ’

‘I heard about Ovivo Mobile through HotUKDeals.com and their offers sounded excellent. After a little research into the company, I took the plunge and have not regretted it, indeed, Ovivo Mobile are the best phone operator I have ever dealt with!

Ovivo’s customer service is excellent. They reply quickly and accurately on their Facebook wall, via email, and over the phone. Ovivo’s Facebook app is very good. The Ovivo portal to get detailed information about calls is magnificently fast – you make a call and it’s as near to damn it instantaneously logged in “Call history”.

In summary, Ovivo Mobile is the gold standard in mobile phone operations other mobile operators should aspire too.’

“I joined Ovivo after some scepticism about the marketing side of things. However I am glad that I did! Sim arrived 1 working day after I ordered. Porting was easy and I got all the credit and bonus as stated. 

The service is great. The network is good (Vodafone are superior in my view) and the call quality and data speeds are good. 

I do like the way the ads are browser based – I often check them out! The customer service has been amazing both on the phone and by e-mail. Ovivo are now my main phone provider and the rest are just a distant memory!”
