Your free allowance covers all domestic standard UK Mobile and Landlines, including calls/texts to other OVIVO Mobile customers, Voicemail (265) and calls to OVIVO Customer Services (263).  Once you go outside of your free allowance, the following call charges shall apply and will be deducted from your credit balance.  Charges are rounded up when displayed on your account, free allowance rounded down where displayed.

*There is no limit on calls to OVIVO Mobile customers, however the maximum call duration is 60 minutes, after which time your call will disconnect and you will need to re-initiate the call. The following charges are not part of your free allowance and will be debited from your account balance.  Charges stated are per minute/message unless otherwise stated.

Making International Calls while in the UK are supported on OVIVO Mobile and is enabled as default on your account.

Please select a country in the drop down list to see the rates per minute associated with that country. Billing is per second.  A single rate per country is applicable, unless otherwise stated.  For example, in some countries, calling a mobile phone as opposed to a land line, may incur higher call charges. However this will be clearly indicated when you select a country from the list below.

Using your phone abroad, always incurs much higher charges then when you’re at home. Roaming and International Calling is disabled on your account as standard, so please make sure you check our call charges before travelling abroad and complete the form below to raise your roaming bars. We always recommend that you switch Data Roaming OFF on your phone anyway when abroad as that can accumulate very high charges, very quickly. To protect you from bill shock, we will temporarily suspend roaming should you spend more than £50 in one day (even if you have credit in your account).  You can contact us to disable this temporary bar. Prices below are per minute/message and inclusive of VAT.
