Any new customers signing up to our service, or those who have purchased a SIM card from us recently but not activated it yet, will automatically be on our new Price Plans.

I couldn’t be more satisfied, so much that I have now convinced other family members to move as well.  Thank you for such a good service Ovivo!

New Settings

With the reintroduction of our Mobile Advertising service, existing customers will need to change their settings by 31st May 2013. We have updated our Settings Guide and will be changing Tweakker and our SMS Settings System to minimise disruption to you as much as possible.

Throughout the course of May we will send out the new settings to you as well as regular reminders if you need to change the settings yourself. After 31st May 2013, the old settings will no longer allow access to the Internet, but will still work for MMS.

When you sign-up, you will automatically be placed on either the Freedom (Phone) Plan, or 500 (Data) Plan.  You can then use the Change Price Plan form on our website to request us to move you to the new plan.  Make sure you have enough credit in your account to pay for the first month before you ask us to change your price plan.

On all the OVIVO Pay Monthly Plans, OVIVO to OVIVO Calls and Texts will not decrease you allowance and are completely free.
