- Check your remaining credit and free allowance balances
- View your call and payment history for the last 90 days
- Top-up your account
Check your allowance by SMS
We have a simple and free of charge way in which you can check how many minutes, texts and megabytes you have left in your free monthly allowance. This is done by sending an SMS from your OVIVO Mobile handset, to our Balance Enquiry short code 39555. The code you need to use is dependent on your price plan.
