Earn upgrades to your FREEDOM allowance, with OVIVO Loyalty
As of the 1st November 2012, OVIVO is proud to announce the OVIVO Loyalty programme.
Very simply, we want to reward our customers’ loyalty by increasing their free monthly allowance.

You don’t need to maintain a balance or provide a top up to maintain your price plan once you’ve upgraded! As long as you are an OVIVO customer, you will retain this price plan.
For our Tablet and Mobile Broadband Customers, the same promotion applies.

What do you need to do?
Absolutely nothing! We will monitor your account activity and at the end of the month after your 3rd consecutively topped up month, we will contact you to inform you of your new price plan and when it will be activated on your account.
Policy, Terms and Conditions
- Effective from 1st November 2012. Top-ups prior to this date do not count
- Customers eligible for an upgrade must top up at least £10.00 over three consecutive months. Customers awarded a price plan upgrade will have it confirmed in writing and enabled by the end of the following calendar month
- Promotional or free credit does not count towards the loyalty scheme
- If you miss a top-up in a month, your 3 month counter starts again
- If you change Price Plans (e.g. from Phone Freedom to Data Freedom) you will start on the base tariff and have to build up loyalty
- If you do not use your account for 60 days (i.e. your account becomes suspended as per our terms and conditions), you will lose the price plan
- Once you are upgraded, if you stop topping up but are still an active customer, you retain the price plan you are on. In other words, it does not roll back
- If you port out, you will lose your upgraded price plans
- You cannot transfer your price plan to another Ovivo customer. It is for the registered user on the account only
- A maximum of four Price Plan upgrades is allowed in the increments published
